My non-executive board portfolio includes global energy and metals conglomerate Metlen SA, and formerly private-equity-led US First Bauxite LLC.
My advisory portfolio includes Piraeus Bank SA, US$ 8.5 billion US debt fund White Oak, Neptune leasing, and formerly the EBRD and the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation.
On climate policy advisory, I have produced for the Financial Conduct Authority and European Banking Authority governance recommendations on climate transition, executive remuneration, and corporate culture.
In my executive career with Morgan Stanley and Citi, I managed US$ multi-billion debt portfolios and advised European Debt Management Offices. In physical supply chains, I led multiple private transactions in emerging and frontier markets. I led strategic co-financing agreements in investment management and the launch of new funds. I advised the State of Maharashtra, India, on renewable policy and solar tariffs.
I hold a BA and MA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Oxford University, and an MSc in Finance from London Business School.
I am a Fellow of Chapter Zero UK and member of the ECODA Director Circles. I am a CFA charter holder and an accredited corporate mediator with CEDR.
